Creatinine is too high and Hb is too low
My aunt is a case of Ca endometrium with total hysterectomy in 2014 , post chemotherapy underwent surgery for reccurent pelvic mass . Underwent 28 nos of radiation therapy in pelvic area post operation in May 2025. Now she is having excessive weakness since past few months, being tested shows Hb too low (3 unit) Creatinine-12.3 unit, Urea-366 unit. With no significant mass formed in pelvic area . After doctor consultation underwent 2 units of PRBC transfusion with Dialysis. Post dialysis her reports are Hb-8 unit , Creatinine-5.77 and Urea-160 unit. What is her prognosis and whats should be our next course of action?

She needs combined care of nephrologist and oncologist. If her kidneys got damaged due to chemo, either dose has to be reduced or drug changed as per risk vs benefit ratio. Rule out urinary tract obstruction. Nephrologist opinion is needed on time to time basis.
Next Steps
if signs of uremia or acidosis or fluid overload/electrolyte imbalance is present, do dialysis

She is in a serious (guarded) condition, but dialysis is helping and recovery depends on how her kidneys respond over the next few days. Continue strict care under a nephrologist and oncologist.
