How to decrease serum Creatine level. Also have back pain from past one month. Under diabetic medicines from past 25 years and take insulin as well. Twice a day. Please advise.

Get proper clinical assessment done by a nephroligist in locality to indicate cause of raised creatinine.
Diabetes, hypertension,many other diseases, drugs, infection may increase the creatine level.
General measures are
Protein restriction in moderation, calcium & vitamin D supplementation and blood building drugs like haemopoitin may be given in Consultantaion with nephroligist.
