Crawling sensation
I am currently on holiday in Egypt and I have this sensation that there is bugs and ants crawling on my back but there is nothing actually there this symptom is also accompanied by constapation in the lower abdomen.

Kindly visit the nearest ER so that you can be evaluated and undergo the necessary investigations such as CBC,etc to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
