Hi Usually These are the symptoms of deficiency of calcium. But to confirm ypu get your blood test done for the calcium. And also get your iron also check as sometimes that also causes issue. After the testing I would recommend you to meet me for one to one counseling session to check whats wrong in your diet and what all foods you can include to remove the deficiency from your body.
