Cranky and fever
My 06 months old baby boy is cranky and not eating or drinking milk properly once his body temperature reached 101.4 later his temperature was below 100. I am unable to understand the problem. Please help me. Thank you

Sometimes a child may do such a thing without any reason too. Once in a week they can be irritable or lethargic. If the child is passing urine 6 to 8 times in a day than it can be normal only.
It can however be due to several reasons like
Colic
Earache due to cold
Post febrile irritability
Post vaccination
Constipation
Runny nose
Breastfeeding mother having fever etc
Danger signs: not at all taking feeds, irritable or lethargic, fever for more than 1 day, fast breathing etc
