Crampy pain in abdomen
I'm having severe cramping pain in chest and  abdomen,which is radiating to back since Monday..Despite taking pain medications like drotin,buscopan,pain is not reducing Did USG and xray abdomen erect..Kindly tell what is there in report and what needs to be done for the same...Will air fluid levels go on their own? Kindly reply and help

Is it associated with vomiting and abdomen distension. Are you passing flatus and motion properly?
Next Steps
get a CT abdomen, serum amylase and lipase, Kidney function test and CBC count
