Cramps in stomach
One week ago i had severe diarrhoea issue..i consulted our physician and was under medications.but still i feel giddiness my blood pressure has gone down.i had done sonography of my abdomen and the report says multiple 9-16mm hypoechoic mesentric lymph nodes in R.I.F and possible enteritis..i am very worried is it a big problem or is it minor problem.please help.

You have an infection in your bowels, that may have been the cause of diarrhea. Please consult your doctor and get checked for typhoid. If positive you need to get treated for that as well. and yes it needs to be taken seriuosly
