Cramps in lower abdominal
On 17 th july  day 16 of my period i was having 17.5 mm follicle and 10.6 mm follicle in follicular monitoring on 19 th july day 18 one was ruptured bigger one my periods are near to due and we are ttc and had made timing relations also . Now i am having mood swings abdominal cramps sore breast nipples and my taste of food looks gone and even cant bear smell of food .. I had tested hpt but negetive. Now wht should i do please guide

You need to do a pregnancy test 15 days after your follicle ruptures. If done early, test might come negative
