Hello there. I can understand your concern. First of all, have smaller meals. Don't stuff yourself. Tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Avoid smoking or alcohol. Avoid tea/coffee. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
