Cramping pregnant

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am 33 weeks pregnant and have severely painful cramping through out my abdomen. It almost feels like the sharp pain you would get with an upset stomach. They only come when I stand up and walk a few feet. But once I sit or lay down they go away.
