Hi....., For infants gently wash the foot with warm water...After washing apply moisturizing cream to the affected area...
Apply a moisturizing cream or petroleum jelly to help add and lock in moisture, and cover your child feet with soft cotton socks. This should be done throughout the day as well at the night....Then in the morning wash the feet with warm water...
For severely cracked heels or if no improvement is seen after a week of self-treatment a visit to a podiatrist may be required.....
