Cracking sound in joints

I often here cracking and popping sound in my arm joint and shoulders. It has been a long I have been hearing them. Should I be concerned. ? Its like voluntary, I can produce those sounds again and again by moving my hand in certain positions. Please guide.. I am worried

cracking sound is normal in majority of people its mainly due to tearing apart d bubble formed cavity formation intra synovial adhesions chronic cracking of sounds lead to arthritis so try to avoid it if u have pain consult orthopedician.
