Cracking sound in joints
I often here cracking and popping sound in my arm joint and shoulders. It has been a long I have been hearing them. Should I be concerned. ? Its like voluntary, I can produce those sounds again and again by moving my hand in certain positions. Please guide.. I am worried

cracking sounds in joints are majority of times normal its due to pulling of the bubbles formed inside the joint apart cavitation intracarticular adhesions if you continue to produce cracking sounds from your joints it leads to arthritis....so try to avoid this.... if pain is present consult orthopedician..
