  4. Crack in sacrum. Calcium tablet and gel.

Crack in sacrum
Hi, I fell down from the bike and got hit on my lower back. I have done X Ray and doctor is saying there are air line cracks in my lower back . And recommending 3 months to heal . Please suggest. Currently I am taking pain killer, gas tablet, calcium tablet and gel .
