Me admitted for covid 19 positive case at a private hospital at Coimbatore.for 10 days.Since no fever,cough breathing prob from day 8 to day 10 ,they dischargeg me,No covid test brinrth after reach home loose motion,breathig peob started.Kindy advice pls

Don't panic . Monitor temperature and oxygen levels once in 6hours.. if spo2 is 95% and above it is considered as normal..if below that inform the health authorities nearby for further investigation and treatment.. start taking econorm sachet 2times daily for 5 days for loose motions.. (one sachet should be mixed with 3 spoons of drinking water and take)
