My question is suppose if a person is asymptomatic and went for a vaccination does vaccine will have any side effect on them or will damage the lungs. Or test to be done before vaccination to know weather you are infected or not.

Vaccine can't damage yr lung.
Only if a person is already immune compromised status , he may not get good antibody response.
But in normal person it's quite effective.
