In 2005 my mother had operation of brain tumor ,now she is fine sometimes she got headache but after taking D.cold she feels better . My main concern , is covid vaccine suitable for her ?

Yes, she should go for vaccination. All concerns regarding contraindications/ side effect applicable to general public will be applicable. No issues as such from previous surgical point of view.
