Hi, Doctor has suggested fabiflu for covid and also he suggested dexona .5mg (only for a week). Is it safe to use Dexona .5g. please suggest.

Steroids are not absolutely necessary.. will depend on the severity of the patient.. if patient has mild symptoms and oxygen saturation is fine.. we can skip..
