Tablet zincovit 1 tablet in afternoon for 15days
Tablet limcee one tablet in morning and one at night for 15 days
Tablet amoxyclav 625mg 1-0-1 for 5 days
This much should suffice

Add tablet Mucomix 600mg 1-0-1 for 3 days if u have sputum with cough
Take syrup Astoria-D for cough
If any symptoms add on or if condition worsens consult a doctor and get admitted if saturation falls below 94%. Constantly keep an eye on your oxygen saturation
