Covid Symptoms
I tested covid positive on 14th April with no symptoms. I was asymptomatic. From the last 2 days, I am having fever and the temp was around 100.4. I took dolo 650 for that. Yesterday I was also feeling like little bit of cold with headache. Today the temp is 98.4 but I am having sore throat. Do I need to do covid test? What should I do?? What medicines do I need to take??

Unless allergic to any compounds you can take syrup Asthakind 5ml thrice a day for the sore throat and one Montair LC before going to bed for 5 days. If your symptoms aggravate please consult a doctor.
