Some covid patients after recovery may have residual lung disease in the form of restrictive lung diseases it will take two to three months for complete recovery of the normal lung function you may consult the doctors nearby available it is better to do the pulmonary function test and repeat CT scan to see any residual lesions present or not ..better to practice regular respiratory physiotherapy
