The fact that you took 4 months gap could be the reason for feeling fatigue. In simple words your body isn't used to work extensively. Try increasing the work load slowly slowly. Take plenty of oral fluids and rest. Some people do experience post covid fatigue which will subside gradually. Reinfection is possible , and studies are yet to be done about severity. But as long as you don't have fever, cough or a contact with known positive, you should not worry. Just focus on diet, liquid and gradual exercise.
