I have been tested positive on 22nd April 2021 for Covid19 with CT Value 20 and 21 respectively.. my husband was negative neither he had any symptom.. however we had to stay isolated in the same room keeping distance and maintaining hygiene as we didnt have any other room to be isolated..
I had symptoms of cold, fever on 22nd april (for one day), loss of smell, weekness, not willing to eat. I kept myself isolated for 21days. I consulted a doctor..took medicines.
Yesterday (13th April) myself and my family tested again..my family members are negative, also my husband.
But I have still tested positive with CT value 25.56 and 26.89 respectively. However now I do not have any such symptoms.
Is it normal? Should i still have to be in isolation?

Sorry to hear about it. I am assuming the 13th April is a typing error for 13th May.
So, you have been tested positive twice within a span of 3 weeks but the good news is that you have minimal to no symptoms. So, yes it can happen
Given that the infection or viral proteins takes time to clear up in some individuals. The evidence of the same lies with the Ct score which suggest that the infectivity is decreasing in your case.
Next Steps
Just follow 10 days of isolation, contact prevention and selff-hyegine so that you do not transmit it to anybody else. Apart from that you are good to go
Rtpcr detects dead remains of the virus as well so it is normal to have positive Rtpcr even after recovery. So need not to worry although as added precaution I would suggest you to continue your isolation for 1 more week
