Covid positive with hrct report mild

Hi doctor please suggest. My husband got detected covid positive after 3rd RTPCR. I have cosulted 3 doctors everytime. Now got his HRCT chest done. It's showing mild with score6/25. Now can he be healed at home with medicine. As all my doctors are giving different advise. Don't know what should I do. Please suggest. Thank you.
