COVID positive persistent cough
My kid is 2 months old and is diagnosed with COVID. He is having cough since 8 days. The medication doctor has given is Z&D Drops, Astymin C, syp Rantac, Clamp drops, VIT D3, Maxtra, Nasoclear. It has reduced the cough but not cured completely. I am worried if the infection is more.Please suggest when to go for CT scan to understand the level of infection? Oximeter reading is 98.

Need to see the child and know complete history, is there fever, dehydration,etc.

make sure child is not dehydrated, feed him every 2 hourly and monitor urine output. he should pass urine atleast 6 times in 24 hours
