Covid positive medications. From covid?

Today 5th day of taking all mentioned medicines and day 7 overall. BP, thyroid medicines are also ongoing as usual. Current condition: no fever since last 2 days mild coughing persists oxygen level is 97 fasting sugar level measured this morning: 145 CRP as checked on 6th may: 39.29 mg/L Please suggest: 1. What medicines to take now after completing first set for 5 days? 2. Steam inhalation should continue? If yes, please suggest if simple water steam or with some medicine like karvol, vicks,etc 3. Ivermectin and azythromycin should continue after this?? (Ivermectin 1-0-0  5 days, Azythromycin 0-1-0  5days   dose completed) 4. Paracetamol to be taken only when fever comes or can be taken every 6hrs irrespective of fever 5. Typically how much time it takes to get normal from covid? Please also advise any other thing that is required to be done and taken care of. Thanks
