I have 99.5 fever from morning. No body pains.already using vitamin and calcium tablets from 20 days.shortness of breathe .I have anxiety problems. I can't understand shortness of breath is due to anxiety or covid symptom.little dry cough.which I sometimes get .due to ac or some sweets eating.i didn't test for covid.can I start azithromycin with out testing positive

It is better not to start self medication..get a consultation done for the investigations to be done and start medications..take medicine for fever till then..
