Hi doctor I was a covid on 25th feb and my covid result came negative on 18th March. I did my covid antibody test today and result came here which I have attached in this question. It is more than 20. What does this result means? How long this antibody stay in my body? MI completely immune from covid-19? How long should I wait for getting vaccination after developing this antibody?

You are high on COVID antibody titres as your result suggest ! Before getting vaccinated you should check your COVID 19 antibodies again as large titres of the same if persists can cause hyper immune reactions on taking the vaccine ! I very recently encountered such a case !
In case these are persistently high , which shouldn’t be the case as the titres decrease progressively if you are not having a heavy exposure of the disease , you have to undergo certain medications to get them down and then take the vaccination just to be on the safe side of not getting side effects of the virus !
