Covid fever again
Hi I had first diarrhea on 25th April. Tested positive for covud on 10th. Had a few gastric problems after that . On 20th did CRP ( C reactive protein was slightly elevated at 6.59 ( Normal value 6 mg/l) was slight elevated  ,DDIMER ,SGOT, CBC,EBSC all were normal HRCT thorax was no finding. But today after 17 days again got a fever from morning,100.5 and have a little bit of congestion in nose. Please advice further course of action.

Hii reinfection is possible.. so better take Dolo 650 thrice daily for 2 days.. and please let me know if any other symptoms u have now.. better consult me on practo for early initiation of treatment and prevention of complications..

Post covid weakness may linger for 1-2 months and then eventually subside with proper medications and care. Monitor your SpO2, BP, temp, sugar levels. If all within normal limits without associated high grade fever for more than 2 days, breathlessness, excess cough, diarrhoea, then nothing to worry about. As reinfection is possible, isolate your self. Wear mask compulsory. Sanitize you hand. Steam inhalation, luke warm water gargle, Multivitamin. Tab. Wicoryl sos
