Covid exposure and effects
Hello, I have a question regarding covid exposure and potential sickness. If ones rtpcr test for covid is negative after exposure to a covid patient and there are no symptoms, should we still be worried? what is a typical incubation period for covid virus to show symptoms? And when is it recommended to go for rt pcr test? if the test is negative, is it better to under go a HRCT scan?

No need to worry if asymptomatic.3 d before infection to 14 d after infection. After 17 d from start of symptoms do rt pcr. Do hrct only if symptomatic and rt pcr negative
