Are you talking about the CT Value in RTPCR or the CT severity score in hrct thorac
CT value in ur RTPCR report is about cycle threshold it tells about viral load or infectivuty.. Higher the CT Value lower the viral load
But It doesn't say anything about severity or prognosis
Severity usually assesed by CT severity score from HRCT thorax
