Hi Doctor, I have recently done Covid Antibody test. Covid Antibody IGG CLIA and COVID antibody total ELISA. i have done testing since I did get any side effects after first dose of covishield. Results are as follows. 1. Covid Antibody IGG CLIA:  2.58 2. COVID antibody total ELISA: 0.49 My question: should I go for second dose or should I astart with first dose again ? Appreciate early response as my second dose scheduled today. I do have option to for two doses again.

You should get your second dose as per schedule. You can't get 1st dose again. Basically, there is no need for 3 doses of covid vaccine at present. Don't try to interpret the efficacy of vaccine by getting antibody titer done it doesn't predict the effect of vaccine completely as such.
