Covid anti body
I had covid symptoms on 20 April, medicine started but due lab test was not available couldn't tested.RT PCR was done on 1st May and found covid negative.Doctor suggested me to do antibody Igg test and same found positive. Igg value is 3.66 unit S/C.positive range is greater than. Test method  is ECLIA.Was I infected? Is this antibody protect me?

The antibody does protect you. The antibody can be due to various causes like vaccination and other infectious viruses or maybe due to covid  . It  can not be said with certainty what the cause of your antibody is.
