Small red Sores on upper body post Covid

Asked for Male, 55 Years

Got 1st dose of Covid vaccine in Late April. After one week got Covid Positive with all Covid symptoms. Now small red sores have appeared on upper body. Weakness is still there. Please help. Diabetic.
