After how many days of covid vaccine, One can start taking the medicines as per need. Like I am having normal cold and cough(I took the covishield vaccine 4 days back) and I want to take some medicines.

You can take any medicine as per your requirement even if it is from a side effect of vaccination . Medicines has got no known counter-effect on vaccine. Don’t worry
