Covid 19 RTPCR 2nd test

Asked for Male, 29 Years

My husband is covid 19 positive and its 14th day when he gave the sample for rtpcr and 12th day from the report came positive.he had wet cough and cold,oxygen saturation level ranging from 96-99% and his bp was 135-140/90-100.now he is only having feeling of some congestion in chest area and dry cough.when should he do the 2nd test for checking whether he got negative or not?
