It's 24th day of my covid 19 infection, no more symptom is there but most of the time my body temperature is 99 . Something, and automatically it comes down to 98. What is it ? Please help , due to this I am mentally getting disturbed. Should I worry?

No need to worry…its normal…and as its 24 days over already, test for rtpcr again
Next Steps
Take rest and lots of oral fluids…you can take any good multivitamin also
