My cousin sister was tested positive 14 days back, due unavailability of bed she was kept on home quarantine with kit supplied by government. Since 14 days is completing tomorrow does she need to go for a retest?

No , don't repeat the test.. after 15 days of isolation she is not infective to others now.. she can be with other family members
