Covid 19 quarentine
I am covid +ve and hone quarentine. My fever is 99 - 99.5. no breathing problems. Spo2 97. I want to know for how long I should be quarentine? And how to do sanatization of room if no sanitizer at home

You need to be in home isolation for fourteen days from the day of covid positive reporting.
You can gire some private company to sanitize your room by fogging. Otherwise use soap water, Lyzol etc. Clean the floor, furnitures and the things you have touched or used before anyone touches those.
