COVID 19 positive
Sir my daughter has started fever since Tuesday. We are giving calpol 250 10ml.She is 10 years old.Her fever is 100. After giving calpol it reduce till 8 hours. She has little bit cough. We are giving steam and koflet syrup. Any further advice pls

It's been 4 days since she's having fever Is high grade?? Is she active between inter febrile period? Is continuous or intermittent? Is she been contacted with any Covid Positive ? How much she wiegh?? Cough is it dry or weight? Any signs or symptoms of breathlessness

Get an Rtpcr done asap. Continue with steam and cough syrup. If postive there would be certain medications needed to be given depending on clinical status. Isolate her and wear compulsory.
