Coverted into vegan
I felt eating non veg was compassionless and I coverted into vegan but as I know meat is the source of vitamin b12 I am scared I might have​ vb12 deficiency what can I do

Hello ..well.  you can take fresh green leafy vegetables  which should also provide you the required vitam of which you are thinking you would be deficient of. ...or you can take vitamins supplements in the form of capsules also which would help you..Thank you
