Could this be lipoma?
I am having some lumps on the body ranging from 2mm to 2cm size across hands, and thighs. They are growing and most of them appeared in the past 6 to 8 months. I can see atleast 30 lumps and they are not painful unless i press them with little pressure. But they are growing i would say a bit rapidly. Also new lumps are appearing every few months. Can this be lipoma? Is there any treatment for this other than surgery? The lumps appears to be right beneath the skin.

This can be lipoma. Other possibility include neurofibromatosis. You need to do a fine needle aspiration from the swelling and  confirm diagnosis
