Could I be pregnant if my BF eyaculated?

My BF and I were "having Sex" but not really there was not penetration and we were naked, I'm a virgin, but he eyaculated while he was on top of me, and his penis was in my between mayor and minor labia. I fastly washed everything! I think I was ovulating? Could I be pregnant?
