Coughwar kid syp 60ml safe for 2year kid
My 26 months old boy is suffering from mild cough with flum which is happening only during night bed time and midnight. I had given him coughwar kid 60ml syrup 2.5ml dose once. We can sense that he became dull immediately and got 102 fever in 2 hours time. He is not sleeping properly and always moving his body in different directions and some inconvenience he is facing. We just used that coughwar kid 60ml syrup on our owm decision from Internet. We are worried this medicine has given side effects to him please advice

No,it's not a side effect.
Just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
