Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am suffering from cough and cold but while coughing i am not able to take out cough out of my throat . please suggest me some medications or natural remedies so that i can remove cough from my throat fast.

Salt water gargling, talk less, and i think its dry cough so you can ask for a cough syrup for dry cough and for cold steam inhalation should help(better if a sinarest vapocap is added to it) for symptomatic relief.
