Coughing from 1 week
I have been coughing for this past week and i feel a little chest pain sometimes.i feel a little tired too. I have been losing weight(not on purpose) for this past ear but i don't know whether the wight loss is connected in any way to this bad cough.There is a lot of mucus too. I am a 21 year old guy with thin body.I guess this would be enough to know whats my illness.

this could be chest infection , as well as some symtoms of tuberculosis . you would need to get tests done to find what exactly is it ? especially important is your cough and unintentional weight loss history
