  4. Coughing for 3 weeks, itching in palate.

Coughing for 3 weeks, itching in palate.
Itching in palate up to throat for 4 year and thereafter rhinorrhoea periodically. Last year fell severely I'll , after which the same conditions persisted continuously. Now three weeks before again fell I'll, after which coughing is continuous. Currently for 4 days, just everything , every possible symptom of cold. Itching in palate, coughing etc.

Symptoms suggest that you are suffering from allergic rhinitis...take anti-allergic Medicine... visit an ENT specialist to assess the severity of the condition...
