Cough with Throat irritation

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hi , Everytime I get cold , it will end up with cough ,throat irritation and pain. That cough will last long and it's very common for me. Every time I have go and spit after cough. This is keep on repeating for me from last 15-20 years and I consulted so many doctors. But they ask me to avoid cold items, cold air etc. Can I know what is this disease called and what is solution for this ? Also what prevention to take ? Thanks

Cough could be related to sinus infection so that you get because of allergy during the cold season during that season you need to use nasal space and antiallergics
