I am under medication of chest infection, but i fear its tuberculosis,since i read some blogs about tuberculosis, symptoms of chest infection and tuberculosis looks like same, so i want to clarify my doubt with a doctor

You should get a Sputum examination done. If the cough persists for more than two weeks eve after complete course of medicine, consult a pulmonologist.
