Cough & Vommit
I start coughing whenever I speak too loud, think about something too hard or tensed about something. Apart from this anxiety cough, I want to puke as well. This has become quite frequent now. Want to understand if this is something to be worried about.

Anxiety causing cough can be addressed by treating the anxiety. Consult an astute psychiatrist for the same. Ensure from a physician there are no medical causes for the cough. Good luck

Anxiety can have physical manifestations such as cough and nausea. However we would need to do some tests to rule out other causes and take a detailed history.
Next Steps
Consult a physician and rule out other causes and then consult a Psychiatrist for your anxiety.
